This year’s Independence Day will remain a particularly memorable occasion for the Wonderful Group family as our Group Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Huang Yaochi, was conferred with the prestigious Officer of the Order of the Eagle of Zambia (O.E.Z.), Third Division, in recognition of his contribution to Zambia’s industrial and economic development.

This recognition comes at an especially significant time, just days after we marked the groundbreaking of our subsidiary United Capital Fertilizer’s US$1.6 billion Phase II Ammonia and Urea Plant Expansion Project, officiated by President Hakainde Hichilema on 20 October 2026.
The expansion represents another important milestone in our journey and reflects the long-term vision that continues to guide our investments and our confidence in Zambia’s industrial future.
